Services
Every engagement is scoped and agreed in writing, covering software, cloud, AI, security, and support services.

Payment & Billing
Invoices are due as agreed in the contract. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Intellectual Property
VFGL Tech retains ownership of pre-existing IP and grants clients usage rights for deliverables as outlined in the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To protect both VFGL Tech and our clients, services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Disputes are managed in accordance with the governing law specified in the project agreement.
